I  f there was anything comparable to the life changing events that I have experienced between July 2003 through August 2007...I couldn't think of anything. Within that timeframe, I have received an Associate Degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.94; a Bachelors Degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.95. I completed an 18 month IDCP program at Marist College which I attended on an $18,000 scholarship. I graduated from this intense program earning seven certifications, 35 college credits and a GPA 0f 3.046.

How did I make it all these years with my daughter's MS? Well, it wasn't easy! First, with the decision to return to school after a 20 year hiatus, I was stuck in a dilemma--should I go to school, could I handle my daughter's illness and return to school...(to be cont'd in Gallery)

AnDzi Gallery began as a tribute to my daughter when she was diagnosed with MS in 2003. Why did I choose the name AnDzi Gallery? Because art is healing! Art has a way of comforting those diagnosed with a life threatening disease. Once diagnosed with any serious illness, your life is changed forever. And always with your treatments some sort of art, imagery or music therapies is thrown as an alternative. So art and illnesses seem to go hand and hand in these types of situations. This was the concept for creating AnDzi Gallery. AnDzi Gallerys' Haikus and Poetry were designed to reflect this concept.

Even in my most challenging moments in my life, I always had some creative outlet to fall back on, be it writing, drawing, dancing or web designing. For this reason, I always had the desire to help others through art, volunteering or participating in various events--see AnDzi Gallerys' Slide Show and Picture Gallery displays. AnDzi Gallery can help with your fundraising needs and view the AnDzi Gallerys' Directory page to see the various social causes I support.
